This is what I get back"We would like to let you know first that our after sales department is only available by e-mail correspondence.Following your update request, we can confirm that ViaMichelin ceased all GPS activity in 2008 and is no longerable to provide mapping adjustments for ViaMichelin GPS devices.ViaMichelin continues to provide online customer support (FAQs), as well as an email customer response service"Wahhhhhhhhhhhh ? > no longer able to provide mapping adjustments ? I have TomTom devices older than this ViaMichelin,they work great, still firmware updates AND still NEW maps untill today and up to date for ALL devices !.
